My therapeutic orientation is derived from Cognitive Theory, often integrating interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy depending on individual needs and goals. It is my goal to develop a positive, trusting, and transparent therapeutic relationship. In my clinical experience, I have found that in building the therapeutic relationship, being nonjudgmental, personable, and mindful that we are all human has allowed me to develop meaningful rapport with clients.
