Together we’ll notice some of the ways that your lived experience has taught you to think about yourself, about others, and what to expect from the world. We’ll observe and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been disowned at the cost of survival earlier in life. Through this mutual process of exploration, we’ll hold in mind the hope that you’ll reconnect with your capacity for self-compassion and come to recognize that you’ve always been worthy of your own love and affection.
