I've devoted my career to supporting women's wellness, with a focus on the intricate lives of Black women, exploring intersections of multiple roles, relationships, and well-being. With a PhD in Human Services-Clinical Social Work (2016), my research expertise includes investigating predictive factors of subjective well-being among African American women, particularly the impact of multiple role demands, socioeconomic status, and interpersonal skills.
