I am an MD who also has a PhD in psychology and a doctorate in addiction counseling. I have designed my entire 50+-year career to understand human beings from a biopsychosocial and vocational perspective. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I specialize in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. As a mental health professional, I bring a diverse background in medicine, psychology, addiction counseling, and forensics; since I hold an MD in internal medicine, a PhD in clinical psychology, and a doctorate in addiction counseling, along with being a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), I offer a distinct amalgamation of expertise for all my clients.
