Introduction

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist in practice since 2007 providing holistic, integrative care. That means that I will use medication (when appropriate) and therapy in addition to diet, exercise and self care (and will sometimes recommend things like acupuncture) to create a bespoke treatment plan for each individual. My goal is for a person to feel like themselves--not a medicated version. I am judicial with medications and aim to find the lowest dose that allows a person to feel relief. In addition to traditional medication management and psychotherapy, I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for some patients who are struggling with treatment resistant depression and trauma and feel "stuck." I provide the medical consultation and if appropriate, I order the prescription for the medicine, conduct preparation session(s), the dosing journey(s) and integration sessions.
