Hi, My name is Dr. X Li. I am a licensed clinical psychologist, father of two, and 2nd generation immigrant. I offer evidence-based, personalized individual therapy for adults. My approach is transparent, collaborative, and culturally-informed. I’m traditionally trained in CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and my therapy has been mostly focused on integrative approaches in the past. Through my decade long practice of psychotherapy, supervision, and training, as well as my own personal therapy and growth, I have adapted to become a primarily ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) practitioner. The concepts and interventions of Acceptance of Commitment Therapy deeply resonate with me in both my personal and professional life. I am continually astounded by what it provides for my clients and how it shapes, informs, enriches, and deepens my own experience.
