Introduction

Utilizing a variety of techniques and theories in my work, with an emphasis on psychodynamic/psychoanalytic/existential, we work in sessions to attune to patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that might be themes across your life. Such patterns may have had excellent reasons for arising, but may no longer be serving you. I work with you to shift patterns towards those that are more helpful and less hurtful so that individuals and couples eventually experience less misery and more thriving. In so doing, you gain a freedom from patterns that have held you captive and open opportunities in your life for growth and flourishing.
