Intensive EMDR therapy can help you move forward from a traumatic past and begin living the life you want. If you are an individual experiencing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, or are a survivor of trauma or if you are experiencing trauma related to relationships, EMDR may be able to help you. EMDR is particularly helpful if you are a survivor of emotional abuse from past or current relationships and are striving to have healthier relationships. I utilize various evidence-based treatment modalities to best fit the needs of my clients. I primarily utilize EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is an evidence-based, well-researched treatment for survivors of trauma who have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). It has also been shown to be a beneficial treatment for anxiety, depression, chronic pain and other distressing life experiences. I currently have openings for EMDR Intensive Sessions. EMDR Intensives are particularly beneficial for those who want rapid treatment, don't want to wait for results, or need a lot of help right away. They can help you make better progress at a faster rate. EMDR Intensives can be provided to fit within busy schedules. My style is collaborative and warm. I am dedicated to providing a therapeutic relationship where my clients feel safe, connected to me, and feel that they can be open in sessions. I tailor therapy to each of my clients to treat their unique needs since therapy is not a one-size-fits-all practice.
