I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, professional creative, and passionate adventurer. Drawing from extensive experience as a touring musician, writer, and show host, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. My primary focus is empowering others to discover and embrace life to its fullest potential. In my counseling practice, I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples facing challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, and work/life balance concerns. As a trained LENS professional, I offer specialized expertise, and I also provide a distinctive approach to couples therapy known as Co-Therapy. Having navigated both the corporate and creative realms, I've found my true calling in guiding individuals through life's obstacles to help them achieve their optimal well-being.
