Introduction

My toolkit comes with over 20 years of experience in everything from higher education and academic advising to counseling and training. I'm a licensed psychotherapist, but more than that, I'm someone who genuinely loves to see clients thrive. My own challenges with trauma, chronic health issues, being hyper-sensitive, ADHD, perfectionism and that overwhelming urge to please everyone, have taught me a lot about what it really means to stand in my own power, be unapologetically myself, and find what brings meaning, purpose, and joy to my life.
