My journey into the field of psychotherapy began with my own personal struggles in relationships. After a significant breakup, I recognized that my own patterns had contributed to the disconnection, which led me to start the inner work needed to create meaningful change. Initially, I turned to yoga and meditation, drawn by my interest in alternative medicine. These practices opened the door to deep personal insights, sparking my curiosity about the psychological and social dynamics driving my transformation. This curiosity ultimately led me to pursue formal education in psychology and clinical psychology. Alongside my studies, I committed to my own therapeutic process, which deepened my belief that therapy, at its best, addresses attachment-based issues while helping clients develop the inner tools for self-regulation, enabling them to overcome emotional, relational, and behavioral symptoms and create more fulfilling, wholesome directions in their lives.
