Eileen practices Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and has used her MBSR Yoga certification to help focus on being present in each moment and to live a mindful existence. Her expansive work with the family disease of Addiction, recovery, self-care, and self-esteem, helps with building and creating new behavioral patterns, of calmness, and spiritualism breathing into your life calmness and peace. As a trained Yoga instructor, she is able to combine Therapy and Yoga to bring lasting balance to the lives of her clients.
