Anxiety is so hard. You can't sleep. Your heart races. You feel sad most of the time. You feel like you're forcing yourself to do everyday things. Maybe you tried medication but you don't feel like it's helping. You may even be finding comfort in drugs or alcohol because they are the only things that make you feel better or not feel anything at all. These are some of the many realities of what it’s like to live with anxiety or depression. I'm passionate about helping adults who experience various forms of anxiety and depression.
