Introduction

As a mental health therapist, I am committed to assisting my clients in developing self-awareness and their ability to manage their behaviors and emotions in a healthy, meaningful, and appropriate way. I specialize in trauma counseling and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), anxiety disorders, and grief/loss. It is my purpose to empower, educate and encourage my clients in their growth process so that they may manage life's challenges and struggles. Helping clients reduce and/or eliminate severe and negative consequences, improve personal and professional relationships, learn skills to transform their lives, and setting healthy, productive goals is what Living Transformations, LLC is all about. Experienced therapist with over 20 yrs. experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in residential care and outpatient treatment. I have an extensive history of working with those with severe, complex psychiatric issues.
