Psychotherapist Elaine Skoulas LMFT
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Grief, Substance Use,

Introduction

Together we can help improve your confidence, feel more capable of handling hard circumstances, and enhance your relationships for more life satisfaction and well-being. I often work with individuals who are going through big life changes, are experiencing loss or grief, or want to work on their relationships. I use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) as a trauma-focused therapy to help relieve uncomfortable responses to life triggers.
