As a therapist, I feel honored to support adolescents and adults as they discover their personal strengths and develop resilience. I provide individual and couples counseling to treat anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I help individuals accept themselves and build strong relationships. I use humor, art, writing, and mindful meditation to help clients gain insight and achieve their personal goals. My graduate degree is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. I believe in an approach that combines intellectual understanding with hands on learning to empower you to create positive changes in your life. Exercises are paired with relaxation, and conducted in a supportive environment.
