My name is Elena and I am currently a Counselor in Training in a Masters program at Idaho State University, specializing in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling working towards state licensure. I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and hold a BA in Pre-Art Therapy as well as Elementary Education. I have studied Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, as well as Anthroposophy, and Curative Art Therapy. I am fluent in French. I hope to be able to accompany you in your personal journey towards meaning, healing, and wellness. I believe that through self-awareness and a willing heart, there is always a path forward.
