I am a licensed professional counselor and board-certified music therapist. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, my integrated approach emphasizes creativity, expression, relationships and connection. I work with individuals, couples and groups, in-person or virtually, from a perspective of harm reduction, systemic awareness and cultural humility. I am experienced working with people of all ages who identify as having a variety of conditions, including: PTSD, trauma (individual, legacy, systemic), depression, anxiety, addictions (substance or process), OCD, bipolar disorder, chronic pain, and relationship issues. I received a master's degree in Music Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University in 2019 and was granted the Dean’s Clinical Service Award for work with underserved members of the community. I have experience working in-patient with individuals in crisis and dealing with addiction, and have received training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy from Voyage Healing and have practiced KAP there since 2021, and at Healing Hearts Therapy since 2023. While at Drexel, I developed a strong interest in the overlaps between psychedelic therapies and music therapy as powerful treatments for encouraging peak experiences and processing emotions, memories, thought patterns, and trauma. Music is an important part of the ketamine experience, and I can work fluently with this element in addition to traditional psychotherapeutic exchanges.
