You’re overwhelmed with worry about every little thing. You always put others before yourself. You (and your mind) go go go all day which leaves you no time for yourself. You've been on this roller coaster for so long that it seems like there aren't any other options. Finding a way to break out of this cycle can feel overwhelming. You don't have to do this alone. I aim to create a safe space in which we can work together in a supportive way to talk authentically about the things that are impacting your mood to help you meet your goals. I have experience utilizing empirically supported techniques with an emphasis on behavioral therapies (Behavioral Activation and Exposure Therapy) for mood and anxiety disorders.
