Introduction

My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and skill building. I will support you in developing a compassionate relationship to yourself. Autism and ADHD: Our practice specializes in serving folks who are neurodiverse or suspect themselves to be. I use a holistic and trauma informed approach to evaluation, counseling, and play therapy. Children and Parents: I have many years of experience working with children and their caregivers. Our work together will involve play, attunement, and parent coaching. As a part of the therapeutic process, I collaborate with each child’s team to create a cohesive plan for children and their families. Sex and Love: I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and polycules. I am a queer identifying, sex-positive therapist familiar with a spectrum of sexual orientations, identities, and relationship structures. I provide a nonjudgemental space to discuss the complexities of sex, love, and commitment. I am interested in collaborating with you to co-create a healing, safe, and non-judgmental environment where vulnerability, laughter, and silence are all welcome.
