COUNSELING : I have been a therapist for 15 years. I approach therapy from an integrated perspective, emphasizing openness, trust, and honesty. I utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques to help clients improve coping skills and self-efficacy, while balancing validation and support for change. I have experience working with a variety of needs and diagnoses, particularly with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, self-esteem issues and couples issues. In addition to traditional talk therapy I offer ART Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Integrative Breathwork, Coaching, and Consulting Services. ** COACHING options** Coaching Curriculum Options (telehealth): EMPOWER: for youth to young adults ages 16 to 25; this is designed as a 7 week program focused on skills to transition from one phase if life to another by understanding finances and gaining skills for independence. Resume building, job search, understanding credit cards and bills, basic budgeting as well as social/emotional skills to include assertive communication and healthy boundaries in personal and professional life. Buying Happiness: The Emotions of Finance (Individual) If it was as simple as writing a budget and sticking to it we would all do it!; ages 20 and up ; this is a 5 week program designed to look at our emotional connections to finances which can affect our daily decisions both large (such as buying a house) and small (a daily latte purchase). In this program we focus on thoughts and emotions that may keeping us stuck in a repetitive and uncomfortable cycle while holding us back from attaining our personal goals. Once we have identified both the thoughts and their origins, we build new personalized strategies to change patterns and reach goals that we identify. Buying Happiness: The Emotions of Finance (Couples) ages 20 and up ; 7 weeks; This program is similar to the Individual version , however we work with two parties as opposed to one. We cover all of the content in the Individual program as well as how past thoughts and emotions overlap and cause differences and points of contention for the couple. With this insight, we work on establishing new patterns to reach joint goals while focusing on communication and understanding. Mindfulness Stress Reduction Strategy Bootcamp: all ages; 4 weeks focused on techniques and strategies to reduce stress in every day life .
