Introduction

Hello, my name is El and I am so happy you are here! As a mental health therapist I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self worth, trauma, postpartum, and life transitions. I work with teens - adults. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotions and gain clarity. My hope is to help you understand yourself better, heal from past wounds, and build healthier relationships. Ultimately, I aim for emotional balance, personal growth, and the ability to live more authentically. I want to help you move forward more confidently in your life. It is an honor to be trusted with people's experiences. I offer a compassionate, humanistic approach to therapy, helping clients explore emotions, patterns, and behaviors in a safe, non-judgmental space. Specializing in depression, anxiety, woman's issues, trauma, and life transitions I guide clients toward self-awareness, emotional balance, and personal growth to lead more fulfilling, authentic lives. I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, but know that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I’m here to listen, understand, and help you work through life’s challenges at your own pace. If you're ready to start healing and exploring a path toward growth, I invite you to take that first step and reach out when you're ready.
