I trained at NYU and specialize in helping adults in their 20s and 30s facing anxiety, self esteem issues, depression, life transitions and relationship struggles. I trained at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research in Child/Adolescent Therapy. I partner with parents/caretakers to improve the relationship with their child or teen. Self discovery, growth, or healing are achievable. By considering therapy, you have taken the first steps towards change.
