Welcome, I am Dr. Eliza Kienitz. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado and, through PsyPACT (in 31 other states) who believes that therapy can enable individuals to feel more free to be themselves and less stuck in the suffering or patterns that impact us all throughout life. My approach has formed from years of evidence-based training, supervising students, and most importantly, learning with and from my clients. I am collaborative and nonjudgmental interpersonally. I also use humor, a lens for spirituality, and a lot of questions as I get to know you.
