Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Child or Adolescent, Parenting, Behavioral Issues,

Introduction

I specialize in teens and parenting. Adolescence can be a very challenging time in the 21st century, but I have spent over a decade working to help teens & young adults develop skills for managing stress, depression, social relationships, and communication. Parenting children in the 21st century isn't easy either. I have extensive experience helping families understand one another, connect, and repair their parent/child relationship. I tailor sessions to the needs of the young person & family; together we can design a therapy setting that is best for you.
