Elizabeth Anderson (she/her) is a Mental Health Counselor and Dwellness clinician. Dwellness provides in-home and teletherapy services to individuals and families across the lifespan. Elizabeth considers herself a life-long learner and approaches her clients in much the same way she approaches life--with curiosity and warmth. Accurately understanding how the client experiences themselves and the world is vital to her process. She is passionate about helping adults, young adults, and adolescents identify where they are in life, where they want to be, and how to get there as an equal teammate in the therapeutic process. Additionally, when working with children, Elizabeth utilizes her experience as a Head Pre-K teacher and an educator in Early Childhood Special Education. Elizabeth draws upon Interpersonal Process, Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential, Multicultural, and Feminist therapy techniques to tailor a treatment plan unique to the individual client needs.
