Introduction

Welcome to Say More Counseling! I'm so pleased you're here. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Knoxville, Tennessee. Prior to private practice, I have worked in both College Counseling and Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitals, both of which have given me over a decade's experience. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and concerns regarding adjustment, religion and spirituality, identity formation issues, traumatic experiences, shame, and much more. I am trained in DBT, Psychodynamic, CBT, Family Systems, and EMDR approaches and tailor my theoretical approach based on client needs, while always keeping multicultural awareness at the forefront. I believe counseling and therapy are some of the most challenging and rewarding moments of your life and I'm so honored you have considered me as a potential companion on your journey. In my work, I value honesty, authenticity, and empathy above all else. It is so important to me that all feel comfortable, safe, and welcome in my office and strive to continually adjust and learn based on my client's needs.
