I have over twenty years’ experience working with individuals and families in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, parenting, illness, parenting, and much more. I am a licensed clinical social worker and have a certificate in working with military veterans and their families. I do not believe in “therapy in a can,” so your treatment is specific to you and your needs. Our approach to your journey is as diverse and individual as you. My role is to support, challenge, and guide you on your journey to reach your goals.
