Introduction

Are you ready to make changes to manage life's ups and downs more effectively? Do you just feel like you need someone to really listen to you and help you figure out how to untangle issues? Are you in a situation where you feel like no one understands what you are going through? Anxiety, depression, and a multitude of other conditions reduce our ability to feel whole and effective in our own lives. My goal is to walk with you through the healing process so that you arrive at a new perspective, emboldened by your own internal compass and power. Specialites: Child and Teen counseling through difficult transitions, behavioral concerns at school and home, ADHD, struggling with other's/parental addiction, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Adults struggling with life transitions (divorce, relationships), issues with a loved one's addiction(s), anxiety, depression. I have worked with ages 6 to 72. I believe that we are all born whole and that the job of therapy is to uncover our true selves, allowing us to become our best self and lead a more satisfying life. Choosing to come to therapy is a brave step towards an improved life. Even though clients come to therapy feeling low, the process allows space for their true self to emerge.
