Specialties: Adjustment Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Abuse Survivors,

Introduction

I began my clinical practice after having dedicated the beginning of my life to the protection of children and the rebuilding of families. I returned to get a Master's degree in Social Work in midlife and completed my LCSW training in 2015. I provide individual, family, and relationship therapy. I work to create a safe space for clients to explore their self and their inner world. In that process, I help clients to discover the source of their difficulties through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Practice, Solution Focused, and other strategies as needed.
