Introduction

Wherever you are at in your journey in life, it is important to surround yourself with supportive people. I am happy to join you, however you need. I strive to create a safe and non judgmental space where you can share your story, explore your struggles, and learn more ways to cope. I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with adjustment, loss, trauma, and relationship dynamics. I work with adults and teens (ages 12 and up) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, parenting struggles, school stress, and other mental health issues. I am also trained in Level 1 Gottman Therapy for couples. I am passionate about meeting individuals wherever they are in their life journey with understanding and respect. I believe that everyone has a unique story, and am committed to travel with you, using a variety of evidence based practices to meet your needs, to help guide you towards change, healing, and living life.
