Personally, I believe that effective psychotherapy enables clients to take control of their own feelings and behavior by gently uncovering the connections between past experiences and current difficulties. In my experience, I work with adults who suffer from ADHD, anxiety, life management skills, loneliness, mood and personality disorders. My experience includes working with people with disabilities and people of all beliefs and ideals. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is beneficial for helping break down and replace negative thought/pattern cycles.
