Hi! My name is Elizabeth and I am licensed clinical social worker. One of the many reasons I entered this field was to provide opportunity for all people to feel heard and seen. I also value the importance of the therapeutic relationship. Therapy provides the opportunity to express and explore your thoughts and emotions, while also learning new tools and identifying new insights to feel better. I strive to tailor my practice to meet client's individual needs. In doing this, I utilize therapeutic modalities including Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and other trauma informed practices such as EMDR and ART. If you would like more information about services you can connect with me via email, elizabethheidlcsw@gmail.com.
