Introduction

With over 10 years of experience in clinical psychological practice, I take a warm, customized approach to each client. My training is in both psychodynamic psychotherapy and evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition to several years of private practice with a focus on both psychological assessment and individual psychotherapy, I have worked in college counseling and am a former Assistant Clinical Faculty member at The George Washington University. Originally from Minnesota, I have lived and practiced in Washington, D.C. and Berlin, Germany.
