Introduction

Welcome! I’m Elizabeth Meller (she/her), a Marriage & Family Therapist (MFT), who is excited to help you on your path to peace and happiness. I have four main specialty areas: Relationship Therapy I love working with people in relationships that are struggling. Whether this is due to infidelity, parenting conflict, sexual incompatibility, thoughts of divorce, etc., I am here to help navigate whatever challenges are keeping the relationship from reaching its full potential. Infertility & Postpartum Issues Working with individuals and couples who are struggling with infertility or postpartum concerns is something I'm extremely passionate about. This may include exploring feelings regarding infertility options, parenthood, and loss. Relationship Counseling While it has previously been called "pre-marital counseling", I prefer to refer to it as relationship counseling. Are you wondering whether you should take the next step in your relationship? Maybe that's making the relationship official, moving in together, exploring polyamory or an open relationship, navigating neuro-divergence dynamics, getting married, or having children. Regardless, I love helping people figure out the next steps that work best for them. Autism Spectrum Disorder/Special Needs I very much enjoy working with individuals on the autism spectrum, or with other special needs, regarding dating and relationship concerns and sexual education. Everyone in this world deserves to have a happy and satisfying romantic life, if they so desire, and I find great joy in helping people who find this area of life especially challenging. My therapy style is thoughtfully challenging, yet always compassionate and caring. I believe that everyone deserves to lead a fulfilling life, and I find great joy in helping my clients get there.
