I became a therapist because I wanted to help people who had experienced pain and heartaches just like me. I want you to know you are not alone or the only one who has struggled in life. I have a Christian background and I am passionate about helping others thrive and find healing from the pain and traumatic experiences life can bring. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR therapy in my therapy approach.
