Introduction

If you already feel overwhelmed from day-to-day life, I can empathize with how daunting the search for a therapist is. Especially one who is compassionate, authentic, and non-judgmental. Have you had a bad experience with therapy or mental health treatment in general? Or have you always wondered if therapy could be helpful but put it off? Well…you can go ahead and take a deep breath because you have come to the right place. I am passionate about helping individuals develop a positive therapeutic experience. I approach treatment with the belief that once we develop trust and you can cultivate motivation and hope, while accessing my clinical skills that I have honed since 2008, you will be on a path to Better Balance. If you struggle with perfectionism, self-esteem issues, or feel stuck, we can recalibrate thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that life feels more manageable. Living a better life does not have to be so hard! Take the first step on the path by booking a free consultation and we will continue your journey to Better Balance together. I offer virtual appointments so that will feel safe and empowered in a space that best suits you. Most clients who complete a treatment plan with me report a significant reduction in their symptoms and feel more confident about addressing future triggers or stressors.
