Introduction

I believe that everyone is capable of growth and healing. I strive to create a safe and collaborative therapy relationship that allows my clients to listen deeply to themselves. My respectful curiosity will aid you in discovering stuck patterns, disowned parts of yourself, unexpressed needs, struggles with worthiness, and barriers to living authentically. Together we will grapple with themes such as personal identity, deepening connections to others, taking responsibility for choices, exploring meaning in life, facing mortality, and engaging with spirituality and a sense of awe. This all happens within the genuine relationship I form between myself and each client so that we can feel safe delving into the unknown together.
