Introduction

Are you (or your teenage/young adult daughter) looking for help with feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness, or like you aren’t ‘good enough’? Or maybe you’re living in a constant state of worry about the future, like you just can’t relax and enjoy your life. If so, you’ve come to the right place. I provide therapy to teen and adult women struggling with: - Anxiety -Depression -Perfectionism -Eating Disorders/Disordered Eating/Body Image Issues -Relationship Struggles -Confidence/Low Self-Worth * How Does Therapy Work? * Our therapy process will start with a 15-minute complimentary consultation over video so that I can learn more about you and your therapy goals. If we decide that it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a session either in person or over a HIPAA-compliant video platform. The first 1-2 sessions will be for assessment and treatment planning – I will get to know you better and get a more in-depth sense of how I can provide you with the best therapy possible. This will also be a time for us to establish some more concrete goals for your therapy. Your therapy will be customized to meet your specific struggles, strengths, and goals. I use a variety of methods in my therapy, primarily evidence based therapy practices We will work together to identify which of these methods work best for you, and identify the changes that you can make to create a life that you can thrive in. * How often will I come to therapy? * While I generally start with weekly 50-minute sessions, this is flexible and can be more or less frequent based on your needs and availability. I also offer 75-minute sessions if that feels like a better option. My mission is to equip you with the tools that you need to navigate your life in a way that leaves you feeling calm, confident, and excited about your life, both present and future! I look forward to working with you!
