I enjoy working collaboratively with clients who experience anxiety and depression due to trauma and unhealthy relationships to find peace, clarity and confidence. I use CBT, DBT and an attachment style lens to help clients feel empowered by facilitating opportunities for self discovery and growth to gain back their self-confidence and control of their life. Taking that first step to seek counseling can be scary and overwhelming. I focus on my individual clients situations and provide them with unconditional acceptance and the tools they need to move forward towards growth, process through their difficult experiences, heal from trauma and other life issues.
