Introduction

I specialize in working with children, teens, and their parents using evidence-based practices. I have decades of experience treating anxiety and OCD, and helping with the symptoms related to ADHD. As a parent myself, I understand the adage a parent is only as happy as their least happy child. I help parents by empowering them with understanding of their child's struggles, with effective tools to best hep their children learn and grow, and with the confidence to advocate for their children when needed.
