My approach to therapy is focused in providing compassion and understanding, while also providing my clients with skills that can be tailored in real time. I walk this journey with my clients, managing stress, life changes, and trauma. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy for the myriad of challenges that life provides. Having a safe and compassionate space is my priority. With clients, we explore the past and present to find ways to gain relief, self-love, and curiosity in life. I utilize CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to address patterns, behaviors, and implement change. As well as Somatic therapy, bringing awareness to our brain and body connections. Bringing in modalities such as CBT, EMDR, Trauma Informed Care, and Somatic therapy allows for a unique form of treatment for clients. From here, you will have the support to be able to make changes to the components in your life that are not serving you for a more enjoyable, healthy, and fulfilling life.
