If you ever find yourself asking “Who am I? What do I want? What do I need?” then you are not alone. Many of my clients struggle to answer these questions, and even more didn’t even know these were unanswered questions in their lives. Too often we try to give to others what we haven’t given ourselves, leaving us feeling even more disconnected from who we are. I love helping people to find themselves through the therapy process and explore parts of their lives they have never been empowered to explore. Using family systems and relational theories I help my clients to explore their place in their family in an effort to better understand the way they think, feel, and behave. Our upbringing and our social interactions have a significant impact on who we are and how we show up in the world. This clarity is oftentimes the catalyst for meaningful change and connection. I offer in-person and telehealth therapy services to individuals who are seeking support to manage symptoms of grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and/or life transitions. One area of specialty includes infant/child loss and supporting individuals or couples to cope after such a devastating loss. Match is really important to me, so please reach out for a free consult to discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and we will decide together if I am able to meet your needs.
