Introduction

Liz is a licensed creative arts therapist who uses empathy, mindfulness and curiosity in their approach to therapy and clients. Through her work with children, adolescents, emerging adults, and families, Liz supports clients in processing anxiety, depression, bereavement, religious trauma, and trauma. They also work with families to provide parents/caregivers with knowledge on child development and support groups. While originally trained in art therapy, Liz integrates attachment-based therapy and child development practices into their clinical process. Liz attained their M.A. in Art Therapy at NYU, and completed training to become a Certified Child Life Specialist. Liz utilizes Art and Talk Therapy for individuals, couples, families, and parents.
