Introduction

With over 25 years as a psychology educator, researcher, and clinician, I’ve supported people in growing the strength they need to move forward with renewed balance, confidence, and hope. I see individuals ages 15+ with varying concerns. I treat anxiety and depression as well as the unique needs of new parents, caregivers and care professionals, people who have experienced significant losses, health crises, medical and other trauma, and concerns related to sex and sexuality. We will work as a team to make sure you feel heard and supported on your way to living a full, meaningful life as you define it.
