Introduction

Have you been feeling worried, overwhelmed, or stuck lately? Do you tend to keep your struggles to yourself because no one really understands? Reach out when things get tough so you don't have to go through it alone. Together we can explore and work through whatever is getting in the way of you living the life you want. I imagine that you’re looking for a therapist you can relate to, who really gets what you’re going through. Maybe you’re not sure anyone can actually understand. I’m here to tell you I get it, you aren’t alone, and it can get better. In therapy we establish meaningful goals and identify tangible steps you can take to reach those goals, to push past whatever is getting in the way of a happier, more confident you. My approach to therapy is authentic and collaborative, rooted in empathy and trust. I specialize in helping young adults to manage anxiety, stop overthinking, learn to challenge self-defeating thought patterns, improve self-confidence, learn strategies to manage and cope with ADHD, and improve communication skills. I know how tough it can be to find your place and navigate life at a time when there is so much expected of you. Whether you are feeling stressed by your own expectations for yourself and your life, or overwhelmed by the expectations of your family and friends, we can process and work through it, and identify ways of making things feel more manageable. Feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation or if you feel that we would be a good fit but are unable to afford my full fee. Now offering both Telehealth & in-person sessions!
