Introduction

Coming into therapy can be an exciting, overwhelming, and intense experience. My goal as your counselor is to work with you to identify your inner strength to work towards your goals. In counseling together, you are the driver and I am along to support you throughout your journey. I will work with you to identify belief systems, communication and coping skills, and support a healthier you. I utilize evidence-based techniques best suited for each individual need. I treat a wide variety of issues of issues that include trauma, grief, relationship issues, parenting, anxiety, and depression. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have experience working in various settings. I have an eclectic approach that tailors my experience and training to best fit the needs of my clients. I have training and experience working with grief and trauma. I strive to offer a safe place that is non-biased and nonjudgmental. Empathy and compassion are a baseline standard within the therapy room to support you throughout your journey.
