Are you navigating the intersection of being queer and neurodivergent in a world that doesn’t seem to have been built for you? Learning to love all the parts of yourself is so much more challenging when you’re surrounded by systems and structures that aren’t affirming or flexible. Many of us in these communities navigate issues such as sensory sensitivity, relationship struggles, chronic dysregulation, and executive dysfunction. As a queer neurodivergent person, I understand the complexities and unique challenges you may face. Compassion is at the center of my approach. I work with my clients to find ways to love themselves and others better, in ways that work uniquely for their circumstances. That might include creating systems to manage your chaotic laundry pile, or setting up relationship accommodations with your partner to keep your social battery charged. I have experience with adults, teens, couples, and new parents. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are neurodivergent and queer, aiming to enhance their quality of life and relationships. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to honoring your unique experiences. Together, we can cultivate resilience, self-acceptance, and empower you to thrive authentically.
