I work from an integrative approach that blends Internal Family Systems, somatic modalities including Somatic Experiencing and Hakomi, contemplative mindfulness, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal theory, EMDR and the principles of memory reconsolidation. I've honed these elements into a collaborative process that supports my clients understanding of how they've learned to adaptively cope, get underneath to the root causes of suffering, and tap into their innate wisdom and compassion as the primary sources of transformation.
