Hi, my name is Ellie, and it is a pleasure to have you on my page and know you are seeking service! I first want to say that I am glad you are here, and I hope that I can help. Every person is unique in their way, and everyone has a story to share. I aim to provide a safe environment in which you feel you can express what you are going through. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, trauma, and substance abuse. As a therapist, I am kind, empathetic, and a good listener, and I have a bubbly personality. I want to create a space where you can share what you are comfortable working through your journey. The different interventions that I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, strength-based, motivational interviewing, and a holistic view. I understand that one person does not fit into one specific category, and I am flexible with figuring out what works best for you and your therapy journey.
